September 10, 2026 8:02 AM

Nanox Imaging Ltd. (NASDAQ: NNOX) announced a distribution agreement with SOLME RC, S.A., a Costa Rica-based medical equipment distributor, to market and support the Nanox.ARC imaging system in Costa Rica, according to a company press release dated Sept. 10, 2026.

Under the agreement, SOLME will handle marketing, distribution, installation, training, and technical support for the Nanox.ARC, a multi-source digital tomosynthesis system designed for 3D medical imaging. Commercialization will follow a regulatory registration process that includes an initial six-month proof-of-concept device registration period before full registration can be completed.

SOLME is a registered supplier to Costa Rica's Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social (CCSS), the country's principal public healthcare purchaser and provider. Founded in 2012, SOLME serves public and private healthcare institutions nationwide and is authorized by Costa Rica's Ministry of Health and Ministry of Finance to import and distribute medical equipment.

Nanox Chief Executive Officer Erez Meltzer said Costa Rica is the company's third Latin American market this year, following Argentina and Peru. "Our strategy in the region centers on partners with existing access to national healthcare purchasers, and SOLME's established supplier relationships in Costa Rica directly fit that model," he said.

Carlos Peraza, General Manager of SOLME RC S.A., said the company's experience supporting healthcare institutions across Costa Rica positions it to support deployment of Nanox solutions.
