ZenaTech, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZENA) purchased 1,518,126 common shares of Boardwalktecktech Software Corp. over the TSX Venture Exchange between Aug. 28 and Sept. 8, 2026, at $0.03 per share, according to a press release.

Following the purchases, ZenaTech holds 25,779,437 common shares of Boardwalktecktech, representing approximately 19.9% of the company's outstanding common shares on a non-diluted basis.

Including warrants acquired through a private placement completed July 31, 2026, ZenaTech's position would represent 40,779,437 common shares, or approximately 28.02% on a partially diluted basis. ZenaTech has agreed to a blocker provision that restricts the exercise of any warrants that would result in ownership exceeding 19.9% of Boardwalktecktech's outstanding shares.

ZenaTech stated the shares were acquired for investment purposes. The company noted it may participate in future financings or acquire or dispose of additional Boardwalktecktech securities depending on market conditions and other investment opportunities.
