Centrus Energy launches public offering of stock and warrants

Centrus Energy Corp. (NYSE: LEU) announced the launch of an underwritten public offering of Class A common stock, pre-funded warrants and common warrants to purchase shares of Class A common stock, according to a company press release.

The Bethesda, Maryland-based nuclear fuel supplier said it intends to use net proceeds for general working capital and corporate purposes, which may include technology development and deployment, repayment or repurchase of outstanding debt, capital expenditures, and potential acquisitions.

Guggenheim Securities is acting as lead book-running manager for the offering, with Barclays serving as book-running manager. The company did not disclose the size or pricing terms of the offering.

A registration statement related to the securities was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 6, 2025, and became automatically effective upon filing. The company noted the proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there is no assurance as to whether or when it may be completed.
