Marvel Biosciences Corp. (TSXV: MRVL) (OTCQB: MBCOF) has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the closing deadline of its previously announced private placement.

The deadline for the Calgary-based company to file its final closing materials with the TSXV has been extended from August 31, 2026 to September 14, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the offering remain unchanged, according to a press release statement.
