SEALSQ Corp (NASDAQ: LAES), a subsidiary of WISeKey International Holding Ltd (NASDAQ: WKEY), has expanded its Quantum Highway network to nine hubs spanning Spain, France, Switzerland and the United States, according to a company statement.

The network connects facilities in La Línea de la Concepción and Murcia in Spain; Toulouse, Meyreuil and Grenoble in France; Geneva and Lausanne in Switzerland; a future Swiss site yet to be named; and Chicago, Illinois, where quantum computing company EeroQ serves as the transatlantic link. SEALSQ has invested $7.0 million in EeroQ and plans to lead an upcoming financing round for the company.

The expansion is part of SEALQUANTUM.com, SEALSQ's $200 million internal quantum initiative. The company says more than $65 million has been deployed to date, with an additional $100 million targeted through the end of 2027.

Each hub serves a distinct function in what SEALSQ calls its Sovereign Quantum Vertical Stack. The Murcia facility, a joint venture called Quantix Edge Security, received €19.6 million from the Spanish government as part of a €40 million budget. The Grenoble hub hosts Quobly, a silicon spin-qubit processor company that raised a €115 million Series A round led by Bpifrance, STMicroelectronics and SEALSQ. SEALSQ signed a $5 million commercial agreement with Quobly on July 10, 2026.

The Geneva hub is scheduled to support the first launch of the Quantum Spatial Orbital Cloud program with SpaceX in Q4 2026. The Lausanne hub, operated by Miraex, focuses on photonic integrated circuits for quantum communication links.

Carlos Moreira, chairman and CEO of SEALSQ and WISeKey, said in the statement: "The SEALSQ Quantum Highway is the map of our strategy. When we launched the Quantum Corridor in La Línea in 2025, we said sovereign quantum technology would need physical infrastructure, not just intellectual property."

The location of the planned ninth Swiss hub is described as under discussion with several cantons.
