IMUNON, Inc. (Nasdaq: IMNN) announced the agenda and speaker lineup for its R&D Day event, scheduled for September 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET at the Sofitel New York in New York City. The event will also be available via live webcast.

The event will feature presentations on IMNN-001, the company's investigational IL-12 immunotherapy for advanced ovarian cancer. Speakers will include researchers and principal investigators from the company's ongoing Phase 3 OVATION 3 clinical trial and its Phase 2 minimal residual disease (MRD) study, conducted in partnership with the Break Through Cancer Foundation.

Scheduled presentations include updates on IMNN-001 clinical data, a discussion of the Phase 3 OVATION 3 trial design, and translational findings from the MRD study. A conversation with a participant from the earlier OVATION 1 clinical trial is also planned.

Confirmed speakers include Stacy R. Lindborg, Ph.D., President and Chief Executive Officer of IMUNON; Douglas V. Faller, M.D., Ph.D., Chief Medical Officer; Amir Jazaeri, M.D., from the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center; Premal H. Thaker, M.D., from Washington University School of Medicine; and William Bradley, M.D., from the Medical College of Wisconsin.

IMNN-001 is a DNA plasmid-based therapy delivered via the company's TheraPlas platform, designed to produce IL-12 protein locally at the tumor site. The therapy has been evaluated in multiple clinical trials, including the completed Phase 2 OVATION 2 study, which enrolled 112 patients with newly diagnosed advanced ovarian cancer.

A live Q&A session and networking opportunities are scheduled to follow the formal presentations. The event is open to investors, media, and stakeholders attending in person or virtually.
