electroCore names two Co-CEOs effective September 2026
electroCore, Inc. (NASDAQ: ECOR) announced the appointment of Joshua Lev and Mike Fox as Co-Chief Executive Officers and members of the Board of Directors, effective September 8, 2026.
Lev has been with the company since 2020 and most recently served as Interim President and Chief Financial Officer. Fox joined electroCore in April 2026 as Chief Operating Officer. Both will also join the Board of Directors in their new roles.
In the co-CEO structure, Lev will retain his CFO responsibilities, overseeing strategy, accounting, financial planning, investor relations, research and development, product development, and regulatory functions. Fox will lead sales, marketing, and new market development across the company's prescription and general wellness business lines.
Thomas J. Errico, M.D., Founder and Chairman of the Board, said the decision followed a leadership succession process. "Throughout this process, one thing became increasingly clear: we were not looking at one clear candidate but rather two," Errico said. "Their individual strengths are significant, but together, their combined experience, perspectives, and leadership capabilities create an opportunity to deliver more for our employees, customers, partners, and shareholders than either could achieve alone."
According to the company's statement, electroCore plans to continue expanding its pipeline of potential indications, accelerating revenue growth, opening new commercial channels, and working toward positive adjusted EBITDA.
