Radcom Ltd. (NASDAQ: RDCM) has been selected by Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) to provide service assurance for the Vietnamese operator's roaming network, according to a company statement.

VNPT, which serves more than 30 million subscribers and is among Vietnam's largest telecom operators, chose Radcom following a competitive request for proposal process, replacing its existing assurance vendor in the process.

Radcom's ACE platform will be deployed across multiple cloud environments, providing VNPT with real-time subscriber visibility and using artificial intelligence and machine learning-based anomaly detection. The containerized architecture is designed to scale as new services are added to the network.

"Displacing an incumbent through a competitive RFP at an operator of VNPT's standing is a strong signal for RADCOM in Asia-Pacific," said Benny Eppstein, Chief Executive Officer at Radcom.
