Flotek raises 2026 revenue guidance to $360M-$370M range

September 9, 2026 6:31 AM

Flotek Industries, Inc. (NYSE: FTK) raised its full-year 2026 guidance for total revenue and Adjusted EBITDA, citing stronger-than-expected international chemistry sales, according to a company press release.

The Houston-based company now expects 2026 total revenue in the range of $360 million to $370 million, up from a prior range of $340 million to $350 million issued on Aug. 4, 2026. Adjusted EBITDA guidance was revised to $50 million to $54 million, compared with the previous range of $47 million to $51 million.

At the midpoints of the updated ranges, total revenue and Adjusted EBITDA would represent growth of 54% and 58%, respectively, compared with full-year 2025 reported figures.

The company said international chemistry revenue reached approximately $10.6 million in the second quarter of 2026, a sequential increase of more than 450% from the first quarter. Flotek said it anticipates international chemistry sales during the second half of 2026 could exceed $40 million, supported in part by ongoing work in Saudi Arabia.

Chief Executive Officer Dr. Ryan Ezell attributed the revision to sustained demand for the company's chemistry and data technologies. "We have continued to experience growing demand, in particular in international chemistry, since increasing our 2026 guidance last month, giving us the confidence to further increase our outlook for the year," Ezell said.

Flotek reported Adjusted EBITDA of $32.8 million for the full year ended Dec. 31, 2025, based on a reconciliation table included in the release. The company noted that forward-looking Adjusted EBITDA guidance could not be reconciled to GAAP net income without unreasonable effort due to uncertainties around stock-based compensation and borrowing costs.

Flotek is scheduled to participate in the Lake Street Annual Investor Conference in New York on Sept. 10, 2026, where CEO Ezell will host investor meetings.
