Shoulder Innovations, Inc. (NYSE: SI) announced it has reached a settlement agreement with Catalyst OrthoScience Inc. to resolve all outstanding patent litigation between the two companies, according to a press release dated Sept. 8, 2026.

The financial terms of the settlement were not disclosed.

"Protecting our intellectual property is fundamental to ensuring that the investments we make in innovation continue to benefit Shoulder Innovations stakeholders, particularly including surgeons and patients."

Shoulder Innovations describes itself as a commercial-stage medical technology company focused on the shoulder surgical care market, offering implant systems for shoulder arthroplasty.
