ASP Isotopes holds first capital markets day, targets $300M EBITDA by 2031

September 8, 2026 9:15 AM

ASP Isotopes Inc. (NASDAQ: ASPI) held its inaugural Capital Markets Day in London, where management outlined the company's strategy across nuclear medicine, electronics, helium and liquefied natural gas, and nuclear fuels.

The company said it has moved from development into early commercialization across several of its business units over the past 12 months. Management presented a summary of progress to date, target milestones for the next 12 months, and a pathway toward a longer-term EBITDA goal, according to a press release.

Chief Executive Officer Paul Mann said the company expects to increase revenues over the next year through anticipated production of liquid helium as Phase 1 of its Virginia Gas Project is completed, along with continued growth of its radiopharmacies. The company also expects to make its first commercial shipments from its stable isotope division.

"Each of these is a step toward the more than $300 million of EBITDA that we are targeting in 2031," Mann said.

Mann also noted the company is pursuing separate public listings for two subsidiaries, Quantum Leap Energy and Noble Africa. Noble Africa is the planned holding company for Renergen Limited, which operates the Virginia Gas Plant in South Africa's Free State Province and holds helium and natural gas resources there.

The Capital Markets Day presentation and Q&A session took place from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. ET. A replay and presentation materials were made available through the company's investor relations website.

The $300 million EBITDA figure is a forward-looking target. EBITDA is a non-GAAP measure defined as net income before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization. The company has not provided a reconciliation to the comparable GAAP measure, citing unavailability of reliable future estimates.
