Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE: CLDT) announced that its board of trustees has declared a quarterly common share dividend of $0.10 per share and a quarterly preferred share dividend of $0.41406 per preferred share, both payable on October 15, 2026, to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2026.

The hotel real estate investment trust also reported that its 39-hotel portfolio posted revenue per available room (RevPAR) growth of 8% in August 2026, following growth of 9% and 10% in June and July, respectively.

RevPAR at Chatham's four Silicon Valley hotels rose 32% in August, while its six recently acquired Midwest hotels posted RevPAR growth of 8% during the same period.
