OFA Group (NASDAQ: OFAL) has commercially launched PlanAId, an AI-assisted platform designed to help architects, engineers, and construction professionals identify potential building code issues during the design phase, before plans are submitted for formal review.

The platform analyzes vector-based PDF drawings exported from AutoCAD against defined building code requirements. The initial release focuses on selected California Building Code requirements. Features include exit-door count and width checks, travel-distance limit checks, dead-end corridor analysis, occupancy-based egress-capacity checks, an AI chatbot for project-specific questions, and support for up to 300 blueprint pages per month per individual user.

PlanAId entered beta testing in October 2025 before its current commercial release. The platform is priced at $9.99 per month for individual users, with a 30-day free trial available.
