IonQ raises 2026 revenue outlook to $450M-$460M after SkyWater deal
IonQ (NYSE: IONQ) has updated its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to between $450 million and $460 million, following its acquisition of SkyWater Technology on July 31, 2026, according to a company press release.
The updated outlook incorporates SkyWater's financial contributions from the acquisition date through Dec. 31, 2026. The figures also reflect the elimination of estimated intercompany revenues under a pre-existing commercial agreement between the two companies.
"As we prepare to host our first joint Investor Day today, our updated full-year guidance highlights both the market traction of our quantum platform and the foundational manufacturing scale provided by SkyWater," said Niccolo de Masi, Chairman and CEO of IonQ.
CFO and COO Inder Singh said the combined guidance represents "a pivotal step that demonstrates the immediate financial and operational strength of bringing IonQ and SkyWater together."
IonQ is headquartered in College Park, Maryland, and operates across North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
