Spirit Blockchain Capital renames itself Impauer Technologies, changes ticker
Spirit Blockchain Capital Inc. has changed its corporate name to Impauer Technologies Inc., effective September 3, 2026, according to a press release from the company.
The company's common shares will trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the new ticker symbol "IMPR," replacing the previous symbol "SPIR." The company also trades on the OTCQB market, formerly under the symbol SBLCF. The effective date for trading under the new name and symbol will be confirmed in a bulletin issued by the Canadian Securities Exchange.
The company's new CUSIP number is 45258P108 and its new ISIN is CA45258P1080. No action is required by shareholders, and existing share certificates will remain valid. The name change does not affect the company's business, operations, management, or share capital.
"Impauer represents a corporate identity that better reflects the technology-driven company we are building," said Suha Askary, Chief Executive Officer. "Our focus is on developing and advancing technology solutions that address evolving market opportunities while building a scalable platform for long-term growth."
The Vancouver-based company describes its focus as blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, and emerging technologies. It said it will update its website, investor materials, and other communications to reflect the new name following the effective date.
