Alpha Compute Corp. (NASDAQ: ALP) issued a market update to shareholders on Sept. 4, 2026, reporting monthly recurring cash flows of $1.57 million and a sales pipeline valued at $1.5 billion.

The company said combined cash receipts from its GAMEE unit and Alpha-01 Nvidia GPU cluster reached $1.57 million in July 2026, which it described as a roughly 3,500% increase compared to April 2026 revenue. Alpha Compute also reported securing a first deposit of $6.5 million, which it said is not included in the recurring cash flow figure.

CEO Brittany Kaiser said in a statement: "With over $1.57 million in monthly recurring cash flows, a newly secured $6.5 million deposit, and a $1.5 billion sales pipeline, the intrinsic value of our balance sheet and revenue streams is undeniable."

Among operational developments over the past 60 days, Alpha Compute signed a binding term sheet for a planned 200 MW natural gas-powered data center campus in Pennsylvania, with stated scalability up to 1 GW. The company also completed the wind-down of its legacy digital asset treasury during July and launched the Right2Compute Coalition, which it said advocates for data ownership rights and sovereign AI solutions.

The company disclosed strategic supplier relationships with Nvidia, Supermicro, Dell Technologies, Computacenter, Micron, Weka, and DDN to support its GPU-as-a-service operations.

Alpha Compute also introduced an AI chat interface using hardware-secured enclaves and launched ALTX.finance, described as a marketplace tracking real-time and forward GPU-hour market rates by chip architecture, region, availability, and security tier.

The company added alumni from IBM, Dell, HPE, Intel, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, and Deloitte to its executive leadership and board. Alpha Compute is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and Delaware, with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Amsterdam, and Toronto.
