David A. Thomas, a director at DTE Energy Company (NYSE: DTE), announced his intent to retire from the company's Board of Directors, effective September 3, 2026.

According to a press release statement, Thomas's decision to step down after 13 years of service is not the result of any disagreement with management or the Board.
