OFA Group's QikBIM reaches 281,000 views and first subscribers in 90 days
OFA Group (Nasdaq: OFAL) reported that QikBIM, its AI-powered Building Information Modeling platform, accumulated 281,665 content views and converted its first paying subscribers within 90 days of commercial availability, according to a company statement.
The platform launched in mid-June 2026 with no existing audience. In its first week, June 16 through June 22, QikBIM content generated 8,618 views and reached 2,925 accounts. By August 31, total views had reached 281,665, with 97.8% originating from users who had not previously interacted with the platform.
A paid campaign on Meta platforms launched July 20 ran for eight days and reached 186,637 unique accounts across 224,988 impressions. The campaign recorded a 2.08% click-through rate and generated 4,682 link clicks to QikBIM.com, along with 82 AI-assisted product inquiries.
Website traffic rose 830% in unique visitors and 565% in sessions within three weeks of launch. Registered users grew 75% period-over-period through July 14. Visitors came from six countries, with the United States representing 68.2% of traffic, followed by Hong Kong at 11.6%.
The company also reported 161 discovery referrals from ChatGPT-related searches during one reporting period. A pipeline of 124 named contacts is in active outreach.
QikBIM is designed to convert 2D drawings into coordinated architectural drawings, structural plans, BIM models and material schedules, with compatibility for Autodesk Revit 2026, AutoCAD 2026, ETABS and SAFE. The company claims the platform can reduce BIM production time by up to 80% and deliver outputs up to 10 times faster than traditional workflows, with potential project savings of up to $1 million.
