Mobix Labs (NASDAQ: MOBX) has highlighted commercial developments at Vision Aerial, Inc., an American drone manufacturer that Mobix Labs has signed a definitive agreement to acquire.

Vision Aerial announced it has opened orders for its new Vulcan aircraft family. The company's management projects approximately 46% revenue growth in 2026 and approximately 93% growth in 2027.

Vision Aerial's customers include the U.S. Navy, L3Harris, the USDA Forest Service, and energy and utility operators.

The acquisition has not yet closed and remains subject to customary closing conditions, including approval by Mobix Labs stockholders of the issuance of shares in the transaction.
