NetSol Technologies names new Americas president, shifts executives to Europe
NetSol Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: NTWK) announced a series of leadership changes across its Americas and European operations, according to a company statement.
Faizaan Ghauri has been appointed President of NetSol Technologies Americas (NTA), transitioning from his previous role as Chief Strategy Officer. In the new position, he will oversee sales, business development, strategic accounts, customer growth, partnerships, and other commercial functions, as well as supporting delivery, finance, and accounting operations within NTA. Ghauri has held roles at NetSol for fifteen years, primarily in technology and innovation, and holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Peter Minshall, formerly Executive Vice President for NTA, will relocate to the United Kingdom to serve as Director of Finance and Operations for Europe. His responsibilities will span NetSol Technologies Europe and Virtual Lease Services, a wholly-owned NetSol subsidiary providing portfolio and risk management services to finance providers across the UK. Before joining NetSol, Minshall held senior leadership roles at Daimler Financial Services.
Umar Qadri will also relocate to the United Kingdom, retaining his role as Deputy Head of Global Sales with a focus on European operations, supporting sales efforts across NetSol Technologies Europe and Virtual Lease Services.
