SuperCom (NASDAQ: SPCB) has secured a third electronic monitoring contract in Utah, this time with a county sheriff's agency that selected the company following a referral from an existing SuperCom customer in another county and a trial of its technology.

The new contract displaces a provider that had served the county for more than 10 years. SuperCom will deploy its PureSecurity Suite, replacing the incumbent's equipment with GPS-based electronic monitoring technology that includes location tracking, configurable alerts, anti-tamper protections, and centralized monitoring tools. The agreement follows a recurring revenue model based on daily active units.

"The greatest endorsement of our platform is a recommendation of our technology from one public safety agency to another," said Ordan Trabelsi, President and CEO of SuperCom.

The contract is SuperCom's third in Utah. The first was secured through a competitive process in April 2025, and a second direct sheriff's agency contract followed in October 2025, which also displaced an incumbent provider.

According to the press release, SuperCom has secured more than 45 new U.S. electronic monitoring contracts since mid-2024. The company reported trailing twelve-month EBITDA of approximately $11.7 million through the second quarter of 2026.
