Tenon Medical back in Nasdaq compliance after reverse stock split

Tenon Medical, Inc. (NASDAQ: TNON) has regained compliance with the Nasdaq minimum bid price requirement following a 1-for-35 reverse stock split, according to a press release from the company.



Nasdaq notified the Los Gatos, California-based medical device company on August 24, 2026, that it had satisfied the minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The company's stock closed at or above $1.00 per share for 10 consecutive business days from August 10 through August 21, 2026, after the reverse stock split took effect on August 10, 2026.



The compliance issue began on February 25, 2026, when Nasdaq informed Tenon Medical that its common stock had closed below the $1.00 per share minimum for 30 consecutive business days. Nasdaq confirmed the matter is now closed.



Tenon Medical's common stock continues to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol "TNON."
