EHang replaces PwC with KPMG as its accounting firm
EHang Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: EH) announced it has dismissed PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP and engaged KPMG Huazhen LLP as its independent registered public accounting firm, effective August 19, 2026.
KPMG will audit EHang's consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, as well as the effectiveness of the company's internal controls over financial reporting as of that date.
According to a press release, PwC's reports on EHang's financial statements for fiscal years 2024 and 2025 contained no adverse opinions, disclaimers, or qualifications related to uncertainty, audit scope, or accounting principles. The company also stated there were no disagreements with PwC on accounting practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing procedures during fiscal years 2024 and 2025, through July 13, 2026, the date EHang informed PwC of its intent to dismiss the firm.
EHang disclosed one reportable event: a material weakness in internal controls previously reported in its annual Form 20-F filing for fiscal year 2025, filed on May 15, 2026.
