Jet.AI outlines data center portfolio across four North American sites

August 19, 2026 8:30 AM

Jet.AI Inc. (NASDAQ: JTAI) issued a statement highlighting its data center development portfolio, which the company says represents more than 1 gigawatt of potential capacity across four North American sites.

According to the Las Vegas-based company, the portfolio includes projects in Manitoba, Alberta, and the Maritimes region of Canada, as well as a site in Moapa, Nevada. The projects are at varying stages of development.

The Manitoba site covers 350 acres and is under a land option, with natural gas power planned. The Alberta project is entitled with approximately 200 MW of initial capacity and a stated expansion potential exceeding 1 GW, using behind-the-meter natural gas generation through an investment in StratGrid. The Maritimes platform is described as an early-stage multi-site development targeting approximately 500 MW. The Moapa, Nevada site, a former power plant location, is described as shovel-ready with a grid power study ongoing and a potential capacity of more than 50 MW.

The company stated its strategy focuses on securing powered, entitled land at early development stages rather than later-stage construction and leasing activity.

"Powered land has become one of the scarcest and most strategically important assets in the AI infrastructure buildout," said Michael Winston, Founder and Executive Chairman of Jet.AI. "Our initiatives are designed to control that scarce resource at the stage where the largest relative value creation historically occurs."

The company said it partners with external developers for project execution and noted potential exit paths including build-out, refinancing, or structures such as REIT-style transactions. The press release did not disclose specific capital expenditures committed to the portfolio or provide a timeline for any of the projects reaching operational status.
