Pentair Pool and Pool Brain have launched a technology integration connecting Pentair's IntelliFlo3 variable-speed pump with Pool Brain's pool service management software platform, according to a statement from the companies.

The integration uses Pentair's Lighthouse connected equipment data stream to deliver pump performance data directly into Pool Brain's platform. Pool service professionals can access proactive alerts, remote diagnostics, turnover monitoring, and daily equipment status within a single workflow.

The system is designed to flag issues such as priming failures, pressure changes, and operational anomalies before they result in repairs or unplanned service calls. The companies say this can allow service companies to arrive on-site with appropriate tools and parts, and manage more pools without adding staff.

Adam Beech, founder and CEO of Pool Brain, said the integration allows pool companies to connect equipment to the software platform used to run daily operations. "Device data flows into Pool Brain automatically; water movement issues are surfaced proactively to prevent algae growth, companies operate more efficiently, and on-site visits are reduced," he said.
