Silvaco Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: SVCO) announced a partnership with Dassault Systèmes to develop interoperable digital twin workflows for semiconductor manufacturing, according to a company press release dated Aug. 18, 2026.

The collaboration aims to connect complementary simulation technologies across equipment-scale plasma simulation, feature-scale semiconductor process modeling, and structural analysis. The companies plan to integrate these domains to help semiconductor manufacturers examine how equipment conditions affect wafer-level outcomes.

The partnership has two primary technical focuses. First, the companies intend to link plasma simulation capabilities within Dassault Systèmes' SIMULIA applications with Silvaco's Victory Process feature-scale semiconductor process simulation. Second, they plan to enable the transfer of structures and material information from Silvaco's process simulation workflows into Dassault Systèmes' SIMULIA structural analysis environments to support stress and deformation analyses.

The connected workflows are intended to reduce manual handoffs between simulation environments, improve traceability between upstream process inputs and downstream manufacturing outcomes, and allow engineers to evaluate process alternatives virtually before conducting physical experiments in fabrication facilities.
