August 17, 2026 8:01 AM

Mobix Labs, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOBX) has issued guidance for fiscal fourth-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.4 million to $1.8 million, representing approximately 100% sequential growth at the midpoint, according to a press release from the Irvine, California-based company.

The company attributed the projected growth to shipments from its EMI Solutions and RaGE Systems units, which serve defense, aerospace, and security customers. Chief Executive Officer Phil Sansone stated: "We are proud to announce that these shipments are from our core business, both EMI Solutions and RaGE Systems. We are excited about our new name and direction, but we want to recognize that our core business is as important as it has ever been."

Mobix Labs also disclosed plans to rename itself NSM Labs, Inc., reflecting a strategic initiative it calls National Security Matters. The initiative is described as focused on critical resources and advanced materials, defense and aerospace systems, energy and infrastructure, and digital technologies. The name change remains subject to stockholder, Nasdaq, and regulatory approvals.

The company said it expects to report complete fiscal third-quarter results in its Form 10-Q filing. Mobix Labs noted that its guidance is subject to risks including final accounting adjustments, order timing, customer concentration, and manufacturing or supply-chain constraints. The company has previously disclosed substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern and a need for additional liquidity.
