Kontoor Brands (KTB) PT Raised to $105 at BTIG
BTIG analyst Robert Drbul raised the price target on Kontoor Brands (NYSE: KTB) to $105.00 (from $100.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "We continue to believe KTB has numerous opportunities to drive growth across both Wrangler and Helly Hansen. Beyond the quarterly results, mgmt. remains focused on the areas they believe can support stronger growth over time. At Wrangler, the company continues to invest behind women's, DTC, Western, and adjacent non-denim categories, noting women's revenue grew 20% during 1H26 while Western revenue grew LDD. At Helly Hansen, mgmt. remains focused on expanding brand awareness in North America, increasing investments in demand creation and further developing both the Sport and Workwear businesses. Additional initiatives include the launch into 18 Dick's (DKS, Buy, $300 PT) House of Sport locations this fall, which we believe should improve brand visibility and increase customer exposure to the Helly Hansen brand. Mgmt. also announced organizational changes separating the Sport and Workwear businesses, including dedicated leadership and resources for each category, which should allow for greater focus as the company looks to capitalize on opportunities across both businesses. Taken together, we believe KTB has multiple opportunities to accelerate growth while becoming increasingly diversified across categories, channels, and geographies."
