NYSE moves to delist BlackSky warrants over low price levels

August 13, 2026 4:27 PM

The New York Stock Exchange notified BlackSky Technology Inc. (NYSE: BKSY) on August 7, 2026, that it has determined to begin proceedings to delist the company's warrants and immediately suspend their trading.

The warrants, which are exercisable for shares of Class A common stock at an exercise price of $92.00 per share and expire in September 2026, were suspended due to "abnormally low selling price" levels under Section 802.01D of the NYSE Listed Company Manual, according to a statement based on the company's disclosure.

The NYSE publicly announced the decision on August 10, 2026. Trading in BlackSky's common stock is not affected and will continue on the NYSE under the ticker symbol "BKSY," provided the company maintains compliance with the exchange's other continued listing requirements.
