SuperCom posts record Q2 revenue of $8.1M, EBITDA of $4M
SuperCom Ltd. (NASDAQ: SPCB) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $8.1 million, a 13.3% increase from $7.1 million in the same period a year earlier, according to a company press release. The result marks what the company describes as an over eight-year revenue record.
EBITDA for the quarter reached $4.0 million, up 58% from $2.5 million in Q2 2025, which the company says is an over ten-year record. GAAP net income was $1.1 million, roughly flat year-over-year, while non-GAAP net income rose 32% to $2.9 million. Non-GAAP earnings per share were $0.52. Gross margin stood at 60.0%.
For the first half of 2026, revenue totaled $15.7 million, up 10.7% from $14.2 million. First-half EBITDA was $7.3 million, compared to $5.1 million in the prior-year period. GAAP net income for the half was $2.4 million, with GAAP EPS of $0.44.
During the quarter, SuperCom signed national electronic monitoring contracts with Sweden's Prison and Probation Service, with a customer-published budget of up to $75 million, and Norway's Prison and Probation Service, with a $6.1 million budget. The company also secured four new county contracts in New York and a contract in Nevada.
The company said its U.S. electronic monitoring recurring revenues rose approximately 171% year-over-year, with annualized recurring revenue growing approximately 290% from July 2025 to July 2026. SuperCom said it has secured more than 45 new electronic monitoring contracts in the U.S. since mid-2024, covering 19 new states.
After the quarter ended, SuperCom completed a $7.5 million registered direct offering of ordinary shares, with proceeds intended for working capital and contract deployment in the U.S. and Europe.
