enCore Energy launches $250M at-the-market share offering
enCore Energy Corp. (NASDAQ: EU) has entered into a Controlled Equity Offering Sales Agreement with a syndicate led by Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corporation and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., establishing an at-the-market program to sell up to $250 million in common shares.
The program, announced in a press release dated August 13, 2026, allows the Dallas-based uranium company to offer shares from time to time at prevailing market prices through the TSX Venture Exchange, the Nasdaq Capital Market, or other eligible marketplaces in Canada or the United States.
The company stated it intends to use any net proceeds for possible future acquisitions, other strategic growth opportunities, and general corporate purposes.
The offering in Canada is made pursuant to a prospectus supplement dated August 13, 2026, to the company's Canadian short form base shelf prospectus dated July 6, 2026. In the United States, the offering is made pursuant to a prospectus supplement dated August 13, 2026, to a base prospectus included in a Form S-3 registration statement declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on July 1, 2026.
