xAI has launched Grok Bot, an AI agent product designed to perform multi-step tasks autonomously within existing software tools and applications, according to a company statement.

Grok Bot operates on a cloud-based computer environment, allowing it to sign into third-party tools, apps, and websites on behalf of users and complete tasks without requiring a dedicated API connection. The product is currently in early beta and is available to SuperGrok Heavy, Cursor Ultra, and Cursor Teams Premium subscribers on desktop and iOS. Enterprise users can join a waitlist for future access.

The system allows users to run multiple bots simultaneously, with one bot capable of managing others. Use cases described in the announcement include sales outreach, CRM updates, invoice processing, bug reproduction, and inbox management.

Bots can communicate with each other and share context within threads. Users can also demonstrate a workflow once, after which the bot saves it as a routine and runs it independently on future occasions.

xAI said the product was initially developed as an internal prototype at the company, where teams used it for sales, marketing, operations, and engineering tasks before the broader rollout.

Grok Bot is accessible via a downloadable desktop application and iOS app.
