DXC Technology launches AI-powered workplace services offering
DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) announced DXC Workplace Services, an AI-based workplace offering aimed at improving employee productivity and IT operations, according to a company press release dated Aug. 12, 2026.
The offering is built on DXC OASIS, the company's intelligent orchestration platform, which combines automated workflows with human oversight to provide proactive IT support. The service supports employee contact through email, chat, or voice channels and is designed to work within an organization's existing technology stack without requiring additional tools.
DXC claims the offering can deliver a 40% reduction in operational complexity, a 60% decrease in service desk calls, resolution of 50% of device issues before employees notice them, and more than 15 hours of productivity returned to each employee per month.
The service is structured around three principles: aligning experiences to existing employee workflows, connecting and enhancing platforms and devices already in use, and applying agentic AI alongside human expertise to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
"Enterprises should not have to choose between advancing business priorities, improving IT efficiency, and delivering a stronger employee experience," said Kelly Candler, Global Offering Lead, Workplace & Business Process Services at DXC Technology.
