Littelfuse adds Plexus Corp. CEO Todd Kelsey to its board
Littelfuse, Inc. (NASDAQ: LFUS) has appointed Todd Kelsey to its board of directors, the company announced. Kelsey was also appointed to the board's Compensation Committee.
Kelsey serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Plexus Corp., a technology company with approximately 20,000 employees and 27 sites across seven countries. Plexus works with original equipment manufacturers to design, manufacture, and service products in sectors including aerospace and defense, industrial, data center, and healthcare.
Kelsey has been President and CEO of Plexus since 2016. He joined the company in 1994 as a design engineer and held several roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, before reaching his current position.
Gordon Hunter, Littelfuse Chairman of the Board of Directors, said in a statement: "Todd brings extensive global experience as well as technology, engineering, and manufacturing expertise across our end markets. His operational perspective, public company board experience, and track record of leading a multinational organization will be valuable as we continue to execute on our strategic priorities."
Kelsey has also served on the board of Steelcase Inc. as Vice Chair and Audit Committee Chair, and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board for Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
