Graham Corporation names Rich Scholes as chief growth officer

Graham Corporation (NYSE: GHM) has appointed Rich Scholes as Chief Growth and Enablement Officer, a newly created position, according to a company press release.

In the role, Scholes will oversee growth strategy, customer alignment, cross-functional execution, and enterprise capabilities. He will also lead the company's use of artificial intelligence and digital tools to support productivity and decision-making.

Matthew J. Malone, President and Chief Executive Officer of Graham Corporation, said, "Rich brings extensive experience developing and executing growth strategies, leading enterprise transformation and deploying technology to improve commercial and operational performance."

Scholes most recently served as a Partner at Pisteyo LLC, an AI business consulting firm, where he advised executive teams on AI strategy and implementation across manufacturing, aerospace, financial services, healthcare, and professional services. He previously held senior roles at Ent Credit Union, including Chief Strategy and Experience Officer, as well as executive positions at Blue Federal Credit Union and Rogue Credit Union.

Scholes holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Santa Clara University.
