PubMatic names Megan Ramm as global chief revenue officer
PubMatic, Inc. (Nasdaq: PUBM) has appointed Megan Ramm as Global Chief Revenue Officer, according to a company statement. Ramm will be based in New York and lead the company's global revenue strategy across publisher and buyer teams in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
Ramm joins PubMatic from Uber Advertising, where she served as Head of Global Sales. Before that, she held an early sales leadership role at Snap and spent six years at Google focused on search and programmatic sales. She also held positions at Forbes and Reuters earlier in her career.
In her new role, Ramm will focus on expanding PubMatic's presence across performance advertising, connected TV, mobile app, and agentic advertising, while developing relationships with brands, agencies, demand-side platforms, and publishers.
"As our AI-native capabilities prove themselves with advertisers and agencies, we need a leader who can scale those relationships and capture the market opportunity ahead," said Rajeev Goel, Co-Founder and CEO of PubMatic.
The appointment follows PubMatic's second quarter 2026 results, which the company said included a return to double-digit year-over-year revenue growth ahead of schedule, along with expanded profitability.
