Vivo renews Amdocs managed services deal with platform upgrade
Amdocs (NASDAQ: DOX) announced that Brazilian telecom operator Vivo has renewed its Managed Services agreement for the Amdocs Customer Experience Suite (CES) and upgraded its platform to CES2X, according to a press release.
The agreement includes a renewal of services and a technology platform upgrade designed to support capacity, performance, and operational stability. The migration to CES2X also covers the modernization of Vivo's OSS environment, with enhancements to service activation, inventory, and provisioning capabilities.
Vivo also aligned its licensing capacity to support continued growth of its customer base as part of the deal.
"We completed the modernization on schedule and without impacts to operations, demonstrating the maturity of the collaboration between Vivo and Amdocs and the commitment of the teams involved," said Fernando Paes Campos, Executive IT Director at Vivo.
Anthony Goonetilleke, Group President of Technology and Head of Strategy at Amdocs, said the renewed agreement reflects Vivo's "customer-centric approach" and that Amdocs aims to help Vivo "continue to deliver consistent customer experiences while establishing a solid foundation for future business growth."
Amdocs reported revenue of $4.53 billion in fiscal year 2025 and is listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market.
