Climb, a specialty technology distributor and wholly owned subsidiary of Climb Global Solutions (NASDAQ: CLMB), has signed a distribution agreement with Harmonic Security to make the company's AI governance platform available to value-added resellers and managed service providers across the United States.

Under the agreement, Climb's network of channel partners will gain access to Harmonic Security's platform, which is designed to monitor and control how employees and AI agents interact with enterprise systems. The platform targets two security concerns: autonomous AI agents taking actions without review, and intellectual property being transmitted to AI providers through prompts, files, and code repositories.

Harmonic Security's platform operates across browsers, desktops, and what the company describes as the agentic AI layer, which includes tools such as Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and OpenAI's agents.

"Employees have moved past chatting with AI. They are running agents in tools like Claude Code and Cowork that take real actions and pull in real intellectual property, and most security teams have no view of it," said Alastair Paterson, CEO and co-founder of Harmonic Security. "Climb gives us reach into the resellers and MSPs serving exactly these organizations."

Charles Bass, Chief Alliance Officer at Climb, said partners have been seeking a purpose-built solution for AI agent activity within customer environments. "Adding Harmonic Security to our line card gives VARs and MSPs a way to meet that demand with a platform designed for the problem, backed by Climb's financing, quoting, and relationship-led channel support," he said.
