Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR) has elected James F. (Frank) Caldwell Jr., a retired U.S. Navy Admiral, to its Board of Directors, effective August 4, 2026. The appointment brings the total number of board members to 11, of whom 10 are independent. Caldwell will serve on the board's Audit and Governance Committees.

Caldwell retired from the U.S. Navy in January 2024 after a 43-year career. He also served as Naval Inspector General from 2013 to 2015 and held command of the U.S. Pacific Fleet Submarine Force from 2010 to 2013.

James T. Hackett, Chairman of the Fluor Board, said Caldwell's "expertise in nuclear operations and safety, strategic planning, governance, risk management and government affairs, combined with decades of leadership in complex mission-critical environments, will support Fluor's continued growth across nuclear energy, government and defense markets."

Caldwell currently serves as President, Chief Operating Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board of Orion Nuclear Energy Corporation in Alexandria, Virginia. He also sits on the boards of Entergy Corporation and Severn Leadership Group, and is a Strategic Advisory Panel Member of Uranium Energy Corporation and Rhoads Industries.
