Research Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: RSSS) appointed Dave Kutil as its Chief Financial Officer on July 28, 2026.

Kutil, 42, had served as the company's Interim Chief Financial Officer and Secretary since December 10, 2025. Before that role, he served as Global Controller at Research Solutions from March 2023 to December 2025.

Prior to joining Research Solutions, Kutil was Controller at Lesaffre Yeast Corporation from March 2022 to March 2023, and Director of Accounting and External Reporting for Badger Meter from September 2015 to March 2022.

Kutil holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and is a Certified Public Accountant.
