AGCO names new CFO and reshuffles precision agriculture leadership

AGCO Corporation (NYSE: AGCO) announced a series of executive leadership changes effective August 1, 2026, including a new chief financial officer and a leadership transition in its precision agriculture unit.

Damon Audia, who served as senior vice president and chief financial officer since 2022, has been named president of PTx & Corporate Strategy, overseeing AGCO's precision agriculture business along with its enterprise strategy and transformation teams. Audia also serves as chairman of the PTx Trimble Joint Venture Board.

Indira Agarwal, previously vice president and chief accounting officer since joining AGCO in 2024, has been appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer. Agarwal will also continue to lead the accounting organization as chief accounting officer while AGCO searches for a successor in that role.

Brian Sorbe, who previously served as president of PTx, has departed the company to focus on personal and professional priorities, according to the announcement.

Agarwal brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to AGCO, she served as vice president, chief accounting officer and controller at HF Sinclair Corporation. She holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Delhi University and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Audia previously held senior finance roles at Kennametal, Carpenter Technology Corporation, and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, as well as earlier positions at Delphi Corporation and General Motors. He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
