Aris Mining Corporation (NYSE: ARIS) has filed a well-known seasoned issuer (WKSI) base shelf prospectus in Canada and a related registration statement on Form F-10 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, replacing its existing base shelf prospectus filed in 2024.

According to the company's statement, the filings are intended to maintain financing flexibility. Aris Mining said it has no current plans to issue securities under the base shelf prospectus.

The company noted that neither Aris Mining nor its subsidiaries have completed an equity financing since February 2021, when Aris Gold Corporation, now a subsidiary of Aris Mining, completed its last equity financing.

Aris Mining is a Canadian gold mining company that operates the Segovia and Marmato underground gold mines in Colombia. The two mines together produced approximately 257,000 ounces of gold in 2025.
