Marti Technologies raises fiscal 2026 revenue outlook to $85M
Marti Technologies, Inc. (NYSE American: MRT) has raised its fiscal year 2026 financial guidance, now projecting revenue of $85 million and adjusted EBITDA of $7 million, according to a press release from the Istanbul-based company.
The revised targets represent increases of 21% and 600%, respectively, from prior guidance of $70 million in revenue and $1 million in adjusted EBITDA.
The company attributed the upward revision to larger-than-anticipated addressable markets in the Turkish cities where it operates, faster-than-expected rider and driver adoption, and higher gross margins from operating leverage and marketplace efficiency.
Marti operates a ride-hailing service matching riders with car, motorcycle, and taxi drivers, as well as delivery services and a fleet of rental e-mopeds, e-bikes, and e-scooters across Türkiye. The company was founded in 2018.
Marti expects to report its second-quarter 2026 financial results in August 2026. Additional details on the earnings release date and conference call are to be announced in the coming weeks.
The adjusted EBITDA figures are non-GAAP measures. The company noted that its 2026 guidance is based on current estimates and is subject to risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ materially.
