SuperCom (NASDAQ: SPCB) has secured a sixth county-level electronic monitoring contract in New York state since mid-2024, displacing an incumbent provider that had held the contract for more than four years, according to a company statement.

The county selected SuperCom after a multi-week evaluation in which units from the company's PureSecurity Suite were tested under field conditions. The county moved from a third-party service provider to a direct agreement with SuperCom, citing platform performance and support quality feedback from existing customers.

Under the contract, SuperCom will deploy its PureOne solution to support the county's electronic monitoring program. The contract follows a recurring revenue model based on daily active units, with deployment expected by September 2026.

SuperCom President and CEO Ordan Trabelsi said the company has secured more than 40 new U.S. contracts since mid-2024 and more than 20 national project wins across Europe. "The combination of county contracts in the U.S. and larger-scale national deployments across Europe continues to broaden and diversify our revenue base," Trabelsi said.

The company also reported a 100% submitted RFP win rate in Europe in 2026, alongside what it describes as a 100% opportunity conversion rate in New York state during the same period.
