Jaguar Uranium hires advisory firm, adds retired general as advisor
Jaguar Uranium Corp. (NYSE American: JAGU) has engaged Manifest Industries as a strategic advisor for U.S. government relations and appointed retired U.S. Army General Charles Flynn as a company advisor, according to a press release dated July 28, 2026.
Under the agreement, Manifest Industries will assist Jaguar in identifying and engaging with U.S. government agencies, departments, and Armed Services supply and logistics entities. Manifest Industries is a Washington, D.C.-based firm that works with government, private capital, and industry partners on projects across critical minerals, energy, defense technology, and industrial infrastructure.
General Flynn held senior command positions during his military career and developed expertise in the Indo-Pacific region. Since retiring, he has worked to connect government priorities with private-sector investment.
Jaguar's exploration portfolio includes uranium projects in Argentina and Colombia. In Argentina, the company is advancing the Laguna Salada Project in Chubut Province and the Huemul uranium mine in Mendoza Province. Its Berlin Project in Caldas Province, Colombia is described as a sedimentary-hosted polymetallic system with historically reported uranium alongside rare earth elements and other minerals.
The company noted that its projects do not currently have any established mineral resources or mineral reserves, and there is no assurance they will be advanced to development or production.
Steven Gold, President and CEO of Jaguar Uranium, said the engagement is "an early step in what we intend to be a long-term strategic partnership" aimed at communicating the company's exploration-stage strategy in Washington.
General Flynn stated that "uranium sits at the center of America's energy and defense resilience" and that he looks forward to advising Jaguar as it evaluates how its projects fit within broader strategic objectives.
Jaguar completed a $25 million initial public offering on NYSE American in February 2026. The company is focused on uranium exploration in South America.
