Item 1 Comment:
This Amendment No. 4 (the "Amendment") to Schedule 13D (the "Schedule 13D") amends and supplements the Schedule 13D originally filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on September 22, 2023 relating to the shares of common stock, par value $0.01per share (the "Common Stock"), of Global Net Lease, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the "Issuer"), as amended by Amendment No. 1 thereto, filed with the SEC on June 24, 2024, as further amended by Amendment No. 2 thereto, filed with the SEC on June 13, 2025, and Amendment No. 3 thereto, filed with the SEC on June 18, 2025. This Amendment updates the Schedule 13D to reflect updates to the beneficial ownership holdings reported on the cover pages to this amendment, including transactions reported under Item 5(c) below. Unless indicated otherwise, all items left blank remain unchanged and any items which are reported are deemed to amend and supplement the existing items in the Schedule 13D.
