Stardust Solar Energy Inc. (TSXV: SUN) (OTCQB: SUNXF) (FSE: 6330) has completed a non-brokered private placement, issuing 11,105,079 units for total gross proceeds of $832,880.93, according to a company statement.

Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant allows the holder to acquire one additional share at an exercise price of $0.10 per share for a period of 18 months from the closing date of the final tranche.

The company said the proceeds are intended to support utility-scale solar initiatives, franchise network growth, and balance sheet strengthening.
