OwlTing Group (NASDAQ: OWLS) announced the integration of Saber Money into its OwlPay Harbor platform, opening direct payout settlement in Indian rupees along with pay-in and payout capability in the Eurozone and the United Kingdom, according to a company press release.

Saber Money is a digital currency payment infrastructure provider powered by Mudrex Inc., a Y Combinator-backed digital asset platform. The integration allows OwlTing's enterprise clients to initiate payments through OwlPay Harbor, with Saber and its authorized bank partners handling local settlement into India in near real time.

India's exports of goods and services reached $860 billion in the fiscal year ending March 2026, according to India's Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The World Bank estimates the average cost of sending a $200 cross-border transfer at around 6.5%, more than double the 3% target set under the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

OwlPay Harbor earns transaction-based fees on settled volume. The platform currently holds money transmitter licenses or equivalents in 42 U.S. states, a Virtual Asset Service Provider registration in Poland, and an Electronic Payment Service Operator license in Japan.

Both companies also participate in the Circle Payments Network. Saber joined in January 2026 as a Beneficiary Financial Institution, while OwlTing joined in December 2025 as an Originating Financial Institution.

"The structural shift in cross-border payments is that regulated infrastructure, not individual banking relationships, is becoming the layer enterprises route their money through," said Darren Wang, Founder and CEO of OwlTing Group.

Saber Money states it processes more than $1.5 billion in annualized payment volume across more than 40 countries. That figure has not been independently verified by OwlTing.
