KeyBanc Upgrades Trane Technologies (TT) to Overweight

KeyBanc analyst Jeffrey Hammond upgraded Trane Technologies (NYSE: TT) from Sector Weight to Overweight with a price target of $500.00.

The analyst comments: "We are upgrading shares of TT to OW with a $500 PT. In short, we believe the recent pullback in shares offers a rare entry point into one of the highest- quality operators on our list, and best-in-class CHVAC portfolio. We have long been impressed by TT's market outperformance, and sales/order trajectory, particularly in the Applied America's business. While TT trades at a premium to other HVAC peers, we think it is warranted given the Company's leading return profile, FCF generating abilities, and market leadership in high-growth verticals such as Data Centers."
