Horizon Lines (HRZ) Higher As Penalty Could Be Reduced
Shares of Horizon Lines, Inc. (NYSE: HRZ) are 25 percent higher in early action Thursday after the Justice Department said it wants the company's price-fixing fine of $45 million cut to $15 million to avoid bankruptcy.
